Please note all deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and all Offshore Islands will be subject to surcharges. Prices will be given on application.

The courier used by Chayo Pet Food runs a 3 day delivery service (for orders processed before midday). If there is no-one at home to sign for the food it will not be left, but a card will be left offering a telephone number for the local depot so that the food can be collected.

If delivery instructions are given, i.e. leave in garage – the food will be left as per instructions. Please note that although we can arrange for our couriers to leave your goods when you are not at home, we cannot be held responsible for any goods that are stolen or damaged due to them being left.

Should any delivery not be delivered within 96 hours (4 days) please contact us on 0161 973 3207 so that a trace can be put onto the consignment. Any claims for non delivery must be made to us within 4 days after that we cannot make a claim against Business Post.

Damaged goods and Shortages on arrival must be noted on the courier delivery note and reported to us on the day of delivery so that we can make a claim with our courier. Call 0161 973 3207 or email Failure to notify us within the stated time period will result in the loss of your right to reject the goods and your right to have the defects remedied subject to our absolute discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy.


If you wish to return any item please ensure that it is undamaged and that you retain all original packaging and labelling.  It is essential that your order be returned in the original packaging together with a brief description of the nature of the complaint. All labels must still be in place. Any return not complying with these terms may be rejected. If you are entitled to a refund on damaged, faulty or incorrectly described goods the cost of the item(s) will be refunded to you in full and we will make arrangements to collect the item(s) from you on your next regular delivery day, or via courier. We will determine whether a refund is appropriate. We will not refund any items that have already been used in any way.  Your statutory rights will not be affected.
